USUI REIKI
LEVEL 1 SHODEN
Healing the self - learning compassion for who we are as you begin to heal all parts of your heart and reconnect to your soul. This is a great first course for you if you have the desire to create a more intuitive way & heart centred life and a curiosity for the seen, unseen, the mystical.
This level will awaken your intuitive healing abilities.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This course is open to all, and is your first step on healing the self, your family & friends. It is a prerequisite if you wish to continue your Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing as a practitioner.
I offer Reiki Level 1 as both a one to one and a group course. Most people that are drawn to my Reiki teachings are often going through an 'awakening'. I was taught one to one and found this to be deeply benefical but I have also found others who enjoy the group environment.
Location of the training will be held at my home & clinic in Wantage for all one to one training. Group training will be found on the individual 'Event' on the Courses and Workshops page.

Course Schedule
Level 1 will awaken and reconnect you to your own intuitive healing abilities. We all have the ability to heal ourselves and others. During our time together, the self-healing source codes that you hold will begin to be activated. A remembering of who you are and the crystalline template that you hold in your heart & soul.
Level 1 is all about coming home to your self. Healing the self. Clearing the energy channels so you can step into a flow with your sacred energy. Finding curiosity with the seen and unseen. It is for beginners and also those who want to have a refresh from having done a Reiki Level 1 course elsewhere.
I will be weaving in all that I have learnt from years of energy training, healing - my own and one to one sessions with clients - plus also Oracle cards, crystals, sound healing, mindfullness, breathwork & meditation practices. Energy has a way of meeting you wherever you are and guiding you onto your next step. It will be a transformative & small container that will begin the process of healing your heart and awakening your true self.
During our time together there will be plenty of time to practise on healing yourself and also feeling comfortable with healing family & friends. It will be a very calm and grounded spiritual experience that will also include an abundance of both spiritual and practical tools.
My teaching style is done in a unique, grounded and hybrid way. Whilst the essence is Usui Reiki I tend to call it Intuitive Energy Healing. A more heart flowing way of healing.

THE LEVEL 1 COURSE INCLUDES:
